4. Faith Proven Through Life: Ananias was respected as a devout person who lived according to the law. His life gave weight to his words. The gospel I share must also be proven first by my life. Do my actions today testify to the gospel?

1. Ananias must have visited Saul with a trembling heart. But how joyful must he have been when he later heard that Paul had become a wonderful man of God fulfilling his mission? Ananias had fruit to proudly show Jesus in heaven. Am I preparing fruit to show the Lord when I reach heaven?
2. Let's imagine what the people we're meeting now might look like in 10 years. Expecting the fruit that will come through them, what seeds am I planting today? Am I perhaps giving up or becoming discouraged by only seeing their present appearance?
3. Ananias saw the gospel he shared with one person—Paul—bear fruit thousands and tens of thousands of times over. We cannot know what results today's work will bring—whether tenfold, hundredfold, or thousandfold. Can we still sow seeds with expectation despite not knowing?
